Everything was explained to me very well.
Reassuring and calm Dr's and nurses.
Thank you.
Very sympathetic and understanding, and explained everything in great detail to me.
Very nice people and friendly.
They are all friendly.
Explained everything.
I was made to feel at ease.
I think the reception staff are friendly and welcoming, but the gynecologist was very like hurried. Because he wanted to check if tubes were blocked then tried to say if they are is to remove them, and I was like hold on slow down.
Too much, as didn't give me time to process the info.
So he change in to just to check.
To improve - to listen to the patients more in what they are saying and their feelings.
Plus maybe leaflets etc.
Thank you for your feedback on your recent visit to the women's outpatients department, we are pleased that you were welcomed to the unit in a friendly manner, we are sorry to hear that you felt that you were not given the time to make decisions regarding your care pathways. I will ask the lead for the area to ensure that patient information leaflets are readily available to patients and ask staff to be more considerate when giving information. If you would like to discuss this further please email me on: Theresa.mccarthy@nhs.net ( Matron)
Very nice staff, put you at ease.
Everything was good about my care.
Hurrah for the NHS despite it's immense workload.
Waiting for my OP was hard would have been helpful to have an estimated time.
Kept informed.
Polite and caring.
Nothing.
